STEP #1: Submit the Membership Application Form electronically.
STEP #2: Submit the $50 Membership Fee (include the golfer's name in the memo of the check)
STEP #3: Submit the Tournament Registration Form along with the Tournament Fee by the tournament deadline. All tournament registration fees are listed below and on the form. ​
Tournament Registration
To be eligible to compete in a First National Bank Junior Golf Tour event, the player must first be a member.​

Complete the Tournament Registration Form.

Mail the Registration Form and Entry Fee to address listed on the form

Girls Collegiate: $40

Boys 16-18, Boys 13-15, Girls 16-18: $40

Boys 12U, Girls 13-15, Girls 12U: $30

Registrations must be RECEIVED by the registration deadline

If the registration is received after the deadline, there will be a $10 late fee assessed if there is an open slot in his/her division
We encourage all participants to submit paper registration forms for tournament entry. Electronic registrations are accepted only in select circumstances and must be approved in advance.
