STEP #1: Submit the Membership Application Form electronically.
STEP #2: Submit the $50 Membership Fee (include the golfer's name in the memo of the check)
STEP #3: Submit the Tournament Registration Form along with the Tournament Fee by the tournament deadline. All tournament registration fees are listed below and on the form.
Tournament Registration
To be eligible to compete in a First National Bank Junior Golf Tour event, the player must first be a member.

Complete the Tournament Registration Form.

Mail the Registration Form and Entry Fee to address listed on the form

Girls Collegiate: $40

Boys 16-18, Boys 13-15, Girls 16-18: $40

Boys 12U, Girls 13-15, Girls 12U: $30

Registrations must be RECEIVED by the registration deadline

If the registration is received after the deadline, there will be a $10 late fee assessed if there is an open slot in his/her division
We encourage all participants to submit paper registration forms for tournament entry. Electronic registrations are accepted only in select circumstances and must be approved in advance.
