To be eligible to compete in a First National Bank Junior Golf Tour event, the player must first be a member.

Complete the Tournament Registration Form.
Mail the Registration Form and Entry Fee to address listed on the form
- Girls Collegiate: $38
- Boys 16-18, Boys 13-15, Girls 16-18: $38
- Boys 12U, Girls 13-15, Girls 12U: $28
Registrations must be RECEIVED by the registration deadline
If the registration is received after the deadline, there will be a $10 late fee assessed if there is an open slot in his/her division
