Tournament Registration

To be eligible to compete in a First National Bank Junior Golf Tour event, the player must first be a member.​

  • Complete the Tournament Registration Form.  

  • Mail the Registration Form and Entry Fee to address listed on the form

    • Girls Collegiate:  $35​

    • Boys 16-18, Boys 13-15, Girls 16-18:  $31​

    • Boys 12U, Girls 13-15, Girls 12U:  $26

  • Registrations must be RECEIVED by the registration deadline

  • If the registration is received after the deadline, there will be a $10 late fee assessed if there is an open slot in his/her division

Tournament Registration Forms are only available in a printable version.  Electronic registration is not available.
